For most of my adult life, I have been involved in real estate. Eight years ago I became involved in commercial real estate, but switched back to residential in April, 2010 (I earned my broker’s license in 2013). I love it! I’ve found that with hard work and a little creativity, there is no such thing as a “bad market.” I’ve sold homes in 1 day and my average days on the market is only 67 versus the industry average of 123! With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business I’ve also been able to negotiate nearly 3% more for my sellers, helping them pocket an average of $5700 more at the closing table!
